# PSA請求の照合

#### 概要

パートナーであるGradient MSPとのサードパーティ統合により、Keeper MSP管理者は請求プロセス全体を俯瞰できます。

KeeperとGradient MSPの統合により、MSPでは以下が可能です。

* クライアントの利用状況の確認 (月末の不意の請求を回避)
* サービス利用量のPSAへの即時同期

ビジネス成長の機会も把握できます。

* 不採算サービスの特定
* 収益・利益を伸ばす余地の特定

Gradient MSPは現在、以下の主要なPSAと統合できます。

* ConnectWise Manage
* Autotask
* BMS by Kaseya
* Syncro
* Pulseway
* HaloPSA
* Accelo
* TigerPaw
* CloudBlue PSA

#### Gradient MSPをKeeperに接続する

1. Gradient MSP Synthesizeに[ログイン](https://app.usegradient.com/login)します。まだGradient MSPアカウントをお持ちでない場合は、メールアドレスまたはSSO認証情報を入力して作成できます。

2. **\[Integrations]** (統合) タブに移動します。

3. Keeper Security Integrationを選択し、**\[Connect]** (接続) をクリックします。

4. **\[Billing Only]** を選択し、**\[Continue]** (続行) をクリックします。

5. **\[Generate API Token]** をクリックし、**Gradient API Key** をコピーします。統合ごとに固有のAPIキーが割り当てられます。このキーは一度しか表示されないため、安全な場所に保存してください。

6. **\[Open Vendor Portal]** (ベンダーポータルを開く) をクリックします。Keeper MSPコンソールが新しいタブで開きます。

7. Keeper MSPコンソールで **\[カスタムブランディング]** タブを選択し、Gradient MSP統合の下の **\[セットアップ]** をクリックします。

8. Gradientキーを貼り付ける画面が開きます。**\[テスト接続]** と **\[保存]** をクリックします。

9. Synthesizeに戻り、**\[Next]** (次へ) をクリックしてサービスとアカウントのマッピングを完了します。

#### アカウントとサービスのマッピング

1. 左側のSynthesizeから右側のKeeper Securityへカードをドラッグしてアカウントをマッピングします。完了後、**\[Next]** をクリックします。

2. 完全一致するものは自動的にマッピングされます。残りは、フィルタボタンをクリックするか、Synthesizeの検索バーに入力して検索できます。
3. 左側のSynthesizeから右側のKeeper Securityへカードをドラッグしてサービスをマッピングします。完了後、**\[Next]** をクリックします。

4. サービスは、フィルタボタンをクリックするか、Synthesizeの検索バーに入力して検索できます。
5. アカウントとサービスのマッピングを終了します。

6. すべての手順が完了し、データを受信できる状態になったことが通知されます。**\[OK]** をクリックしてセットアップを完了します。

7. Keeper Securityに戻ると、統合カードが接続済みとなり、同期待ちの更新が表示されます。
8. **\[マッピングを同期]** をクリックします。

9. 同期が完了すると、統合カードが更新され、「接続されました」と表示されます。

Gradientでマッピングを変更するたびに、Keeper側でマッピングを同期する必要があります。

#### Gradient MSP Synthesizeでの照合

Synthesizeに戻り、ページを更新して照合します。

Autotaskは小数値に対応していません。Autotaskに書き込まれた値はすべて切り上げられます。

#### 統合の解除

1. Synthesizeにログインし、**\[Integrations]** タブに移動します。
2. 接続済みの統合に絞り込みます。
3. Keeper Security Integrationカードを選択し、**\[Configure]** (設定) をクリックします。
4. **\[Disconnect]** (切断) を選択し、確認します。

この統合を解除すると、認証設定およびすべてのアカウントとサービスのマッピングが削除されます。再接続は可能ですが、アカウントとサービスのマッピングをやり直す必要があります。
