* `keeper-automator.jar` ファイルを最適化しました。不要なクラスを削除したことで、デプロイサイズを縮小し、起動時間を短縮しています。
* Windowsビルドを強化しました。heat実行前に `build\wix` ディレクトリが存在することを確認し、`automator_heat.bat` スクリプトのエッジケースに対する耐障害性も向上しました。

### セキュリティアップデート <a href="#security-updates" id="security-updates"></a>

* Bugcrowdから報告された脆弱性に対応。
* 推移的依存関係にあるNettyライブラリをアップグレードし、報告されていたCVEに対応。
* 依存関係の更新とDockerfileの強化により、ライブラリ関連の複数のCVEに対応。
* Manifestセキュリティスキャンで検出された追加の脆弱性を修正。
* Keeper Centralでホストされているライブラリのみからビルドすることで、MavenGateのサプライチェーン攻撃のリスクに対応。
* サービスがすでにRUNNING状態の場合、 `setup_crypto` の手順1のリクエストを拒否するように変更し、稼働中の誤設定を防止。

* チーム承認時に誤った情報が送信され、オートメーターによる承認後もユーザーがチームへ追加されない不具合を修正。
