### 更新内容 <a href="#updates" id="updates"></a>

* スロットリングのリトライによるブロック時間の上限を指定できる、任意の `max-throttle-wait-seconds` 入力 (デフォルト: `60`) を追加しました。上限を超えると、何も表示されないままハングするのではなく、明確なエラーで即座に失敗します。SDK本来の最大約176秒のバックオフスケジュールを最後まで実行させたい場合は、値を大きく設定してください。
* **KSM-1393:** `secrets-manager-core` を17.5.0に更新しました。古くなった固定鍵によるエラーが握りつぶされずに伝播するようになり、無効な構成値には汎用的なエラーではなく型付きのエラーが送出されるようになり、復号鍵が見つからない項目についてもより分かりやすいメッセージが表示されるようになりました。
