# Tresorprobleme beheben

Anleitung zur Fehlerbehebung bei Tresorproblemen.

Folgen Sie den Schritten unten, um dem Keeper-Support Informationen zu tresbezogenen Fehlern bereitzustellen.

(1) Öffnen Sie mit dem Chrome-Browser den Web-Tresor unter:\
<https://keepersecurity.com/vault>

(2) Klicken Sie auf **Ansicht** > **Entwickler** > **Entwicklertools**.

(3) Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Keeper-Tresor an.<br>

(4) Klicken Sie im Fenster der Entwicklertools auf die Registerkarte „Konsole“ und prüfen Sie, ob rote Fehler vorhanden sind.<br>

(5) Wenn Fehler vorhanden sind, erstellen Sie einen Screenshot und/oder kopieren Sie die Informationen und senden Sie sie an das Keeper-Team.
