# Informe de registros compartidos

Audite sus registros compartidos

El **Informe de registros compartidos** de Keeper está disponible en el menú Configuración de la bóveda web y de la aplicación de escritorio.

Para usuarios Enterprise, las políticas de rol deben permitir la exportación.

El Informe de registros compartidos le ofrece una auditoría de cada registro compartido (uso compartido directo o carpeta compartida). La exportación contiene los campos siguientes:

* Record UID
* Record Title
* Shared To (correo electrónico)
* Shared From (carpeta compartida o uso compartido directo)
* Permissions (Solo lectura, Puede Editar, Puede editar y compartir)
* Folder Path

Para clientes Enterprise, ofrecemos un Informe de acceso avanzado a nivel empresarial mediante la función Informes de cumplimiento de Keeper.

Los informes de cumplimiento ofrecen visibilidad bajo demanda de los permisos de acceso a registros y credenciales de su empresa. Estos informes simplifican el proceso de auditoría de cumplimiento de Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) y otras normativas que requieren auditorías periódicas de control de acceso.
