# Réinitialiser l'application de bureau Keeper

Si vous rencontrez un problème avec l'application de bureau Keeper et que vous devez réinitialiser le contenu et les paramètres, suivez les étapes ci-dessous.

### Mac et Windows

Dans l'application de bureau Keeper, naviguer vers **Aide > Réinitialiser Keeper**.

### Version Mac Store

Des informations supplémentaires peuvent devoir être supprimées manuellement si vous avez installé Keeper depuis le Mac App Store. Ouvrir l'application « Terminal » depuis le menu Applications > Utilitaires, puis exécuter la commande ci-dessous :
