# デスクトップアプリのリセット
Keeperデスクトップで問題に遭遇し、アプリの内容や設定を初期化する必要がある場合は、以下の手順に従ってください。
## MacおよびWindows
Keeper デスクトップアプリを開き、**\[ヘルプ] > \[Keeper をリセット]** を選択します。
メニューバーの**\[Keeperをリセット]**を使用します。
WindowsでKeeperをリセット
MacでKeeperをリセット
## Mac Storeバージョン
Mac App StoreからKeeperをインストールした場合、追加情報を手動で削除する必要があります。 アプリケーション > ユーティリティメニューから「ターミナル」アプリケーションを開き、以下のコマンドを実行します。
