Clearing Browser Cache
How to clear the browser and extension cache to reset Keeper on your device.
If you would like to reset Keeper on your web browser, please follow these steps.
Chrome - Clear Browser Storage
1.
Open the Vault at
https://keepersecurity.com/vault
2.
Press F12 key or click on
View > Developer > Developer Tools
3.
Select “
Application
” in the console's top menu.
4.
On the left side, Right click your site(s) and click
clear
to
delete
the
local storage
.
5.
On the left side clear out the Local Storage, Session Storage, IndexedDB and Cookies
Clear Chrome Browser
Chrome - Clear Extension Storage
Go to the URL: chrome://extensions
Click on background.html
Turn on Developer Mode, then click on 'background.html' inside the extension box
From the Developer Tools, repeat the same process as above and clear all the local storage
Open Extensions
Turn on Developer Mode
Click on background.html
Clear Local Storage
