Summary

In addition to various performance fixes, Browser Extension version 17.2.1 made significant improvements to the Snapshot Tool for a more streamlined yet detailed autofill reporting experience.

Improvements

BE-6544: Added streamlined reporting for Snapshot tool for autofill troubleshooting.

We improved upon our existing Snapshot Tool to further simplify and accelerate the process of reporting and fixing autofill issues from the Keeper Browser Extension. The improvements include a streamlined workflow that no longer require users to activate their browser's internal extension tool. Additionally, users can submit more detail with their snapshot in order to provide a more complete picture of their autofill issue to the Keeper team.

To utilize the Snapshot Tool from the KeeperFill Toolbar, click the Option icon and select Report an Autofill Issue > Take Snapshot.

If you need to re-submit an issue for a website, click Report an Autofill Issue > Retake.

You can now choose from the most commonly reported autofill issues, or describe your own.

• BE-6689: Improved popup dialog when Windows Passkey creation is not supported.
