Risk Management Dashboard

Enhanced Risk Visibility With Keeper’s Risk Management Dashboard

Overview

Keeper's Risk Management Dashboard is an upcoming feature. If you would like to be added to the beta list, contact beta@keepersecurity.com.

The Keeper Risk Management Dashboard is a powerful feature of the Keeper Admin Console that provides comprehensive security posture information covering end-user deployment, utilization, cloud configuration, and event monitoring. This critical data helps administrators ensure that risks are remediated and compliance is enforced effectively.

Key Utilization Metrics

Keeper’s Risk Management Dashboard delivers a risk assessment score based on key metrics within an organization’s Keeper environment. These metrics include:

  • Users who have created records

  • Users who have logged in within 30 days

  • Users who have accepted Keeper invitations

  • Users with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) protected vaults

    • Only displays for organizations that are not SSO enabled as 2FA is traditionally done at the SSO level. Keeper’s Risk Management Dashboard automatically detects SSO environments and tailors the risk management level to your configuration.

Users Who Have Created Records

The Users Who Have Created Records metric indicates the number of users within your organization that are actively using Keeper and creating records.

Predefined filters allow an Administrator to view users with no records created and users who have records created.

Individual users can be clicked to view a per user detail.

A downloadable CSV file is also available for further data analysis by clicking Download Report.

Users Who Have Logged In Within 30 Days

The Users Who Have Logged In Within 30 Days metric provides an indicator that shows users who have recently used Keeper within your organization.

Predefined filters allow an Administrator to view users who have and have not been active recently.

Individual users can be clicked to view a per user detail.

A downloadable CSV file is also available for further data analysis by clicking Download Report.

Users Who Have Accepted Their Keeper Invitation

The Users Who Have Accepted Their Keeper Invitations metric allow Administrators to measure and keep track of users who have accepted their Keeper Invitation and also allows Administrators to re-invite users who have not accepted invitations. This ensures maximum coverage for your organization.

Predefined filters allow an Administrator to view invited and active users as well as re-inviting users by clicking Resend All Invites.

Individual users can be clicked to view a per user detail.

A downloadable CSV file is also available for further data analysis by clicking Download Report.

Users With 2FA Protected Vaults

The Users With 2FA Protected Vaults metric provides an indicator that shows users who have enabled 2FA to login to their individual Keeper vaults.

Predefined filters allow an Administrator to view users who have and have not enabled 2FA for their vault.

Individual users can be clicked to view a per user detail.

A downloadable CSV file is also available for further data analysis by clicking Download Report.

License Utilization

The Risk Management Dashboard will display a license count during the first two weeks of onboarding after activating your first user and allow the Administrator to purchase more licenses by clicking Add Users.

A Low license alert will display when an organization has reached 90% of used licenses and allow the Administrator to purchase more licenses by clicking Resolve.

Keeper Security Benchmarks

Keeper’s Risk Management Dashboard leverages an outlined set of Keeper Security Benchmarks to keep organizations compliant and safe. With an emphasis on enforcing least privilege and ensuring organizations embrace the highest level of security, Keeper consistently updates these benchmarks to ease security adoption and provide important information for admins.

Keeper Security Benchmarks in the Keeper Risk Management Dashboard are broken into three main categories:

  • Critical Items to Resolve

  • Completed

  • Ignored

    • If a benchmark is not applicable to your organization, an Administrator may choose to ignore it.

Keeper will periodically update recommendations for Keeper Security Benchmarks if a feature is updated or a recommendation is updated due to security advances.

When a benchmark is updated, a previously resolved item will become unresolved until configuration changes are made to adhere to the current recommendation.

The Security Benchmark tab is viewable in the default view. For information about all Keeper Security Benchmarks, click About Keeper Security Benchmarks.

Each benchmark will have a custom action to remediate the issue displayed.

In this example, clicking Add Back-up Admin will take the Admin to the Keeper Administrator role policy.

Clicking Ignore Benchmark will add the benchmark to the "Ignored" list.

High Priority Security Alerts

The Security Alerts tab will show a subset of Keeper's Advanced Reporting and Alerts Module's (ARAM) alerts. The subset is based on items that are considered high risk alerts.

Clicking View Reporting & Alerts will take the Administrator to the ARAM module in the Keeper Admin Console to view and take action on all alerts.

Each alert is clickable and will display:

  • Number of occurrences of the alert in the last 30 days

  • Sorting options for:

    • Name

    • Number of Occurrences

    • Recent Occurrences

  • Trend percentage based on current 30 days against the previous 30 days

  • Option to download a csv report of the trend for further data analysis

  • Individual clickable user details to display information about an individual user
